Bridgewater State University has a growing collection of contemporary art that provides our students, staff and faculty the experience held within the creative possibilities of painting, printmaking, sculpture and ceramics. The access to the collection will be an ongoing project with new works being added each week. As part of this process, art is being rephotographed to enable high resolution images for the use of our community.
The collection is searchable using broad terms; painting, printmaking or sculpture. Embedded meta-tags allow for more focused searches; color, exterior or student are examples. These tags will be continually updated so to provide a greater degree of search accuracy
Reproduction of images or information from the BSU collection for commercial use is prohibited. Fair Use exception, including personal, non-commercial and educational use, as consistent with United States copyright laws, is encouraged; however, it is up to you to determine if your intended use is protected under fair use laws.
